but forums does not ......

is the firewall blocking at all?

you could try
tracert forums.techguy.org

you may get a timeout on the first couple of jumps

Donna, I replied to your email, but just in case -- I think you should post a HJT log in the Malware forum and also do a virus scan. The IP address you sent me had been automatically blocked by our firewall for port scanning. I suspect you have a virus of some kind.
