Today I picked up where we left off last weekend...

Followed the above connections and did IPCONFIG /ALL in "Safe Mode"

Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>ipconfig /all

Still, can't see other network machines, but I can ping them and even Remote Desktop from the "IP Passthrough" machine.
Next, I tried a DLink wireless (can get model if you need it) using the "internet" port connection for the modem and .... no go....
Turned everything off and set all the cables into the LAN prts and I am back on again... I have tested (and used) 2 completely different sets of cables.

The only thing I have yet to really mess with is the modem (Netopia 2210-02).

Recap: Set the IP Passthrough in the modem so the "main" machine is acessable from outside the network. The modem is 192.168.0.1 and DHCP's 2 through 100 which I see reflected on all other DHCP enabled devices. The WRT54G is 192.168.0.254 with wireless enabled and the DLink (300ft away in an outbuilding) is 192.168.0.253 with wireless disabled.
Cables are as such:
modem -> WRT54G (lan pt.4)
WRT54G (lan pt.3)-> IPPassthrough "main" PC (Public/Static IP from AT&T)
WRT54G (lan pt.2)-> 300 ft. Cat5 to outbuilding DLInk (lan pt.2)
DLink (lan pt.3)-> PC (192.168.0.5)
DLink (lan pt 4) -> Network Cam (192.168.0.252)

I am abit confused as the same setup worked with the Westell 6100 modem.

I kinda sorta solved it...

I went into the modem dialogue and disabled the IP Passthrough so that the "main" PC is part of the DHCP (gets 192.168.0.X address) and now I can see the other machines. This isn't going to allow me to reach the "main" PC through the static public IP though... right? Any ideas?
