Multiple Browsing speed oddity
I have multiple computers in my home 3 desktops and a laptop, i pay for 10MB/s Roadrunner through Time Warner Cable, on 2 of my desktops and also on my laptop my speed test on speedtest.net varies from 12-15MB/s however on this desktopi am on now i cannot get the speed above 5MB/s all 3 desktops use the same belkin wireless G USB 54MB card.

The steps i have tried so far

1.)Norton 360v3.0 scan
2.)Ad-Aware Free scan
3.)IObit 360 scan
4.)Advance System Care 3's Internet Optimizer
5.)Full Spread of all CC Cleaner tools
6.)every other tool in ASC3's arsenal
7.)Re-installation of the usb cards drivers

i am completely out of ideas any suggestions would be useful here is a link of my latest speed test on this desktop

and here is the test results of another pc in the house

Connect the desktop with a wired connection and see what happens to the speed.

should have posted that in my 1st list it is full speed when ran wired, also i have noticed that no matter which of the 6 ports i plug the wireless adapter into i get the message this device could work faster on a high speed usb port, this pc was bought in 2008 so i assume they are all high speed usb ports, and i never remember seeing this message with anything i have ever plugged in before, is it possible i am missing some sort of controller or driver that has reverted all my usb ports to 1.0 or 1.1
