Internets working, but it isn't?
Okay, so heres my problem fellow peeps. Im connecting to the internet, but im not. Lets say if i am in a game, thats requires me to be online. And my problem happens, well. I stay connect, but if i go to try and do something else, such as look at a web browser it doesnt work. I use this program ventrilo, its a voice program to talk to other people. I can stay connect to that while my internet is "Down". So to sum it all up.

My problem is that my internet goes out for a period of time, at least 2-5minutes. I can stay connect to stuff i am already looking or playing. But if i wish to test something new. It doesnt let me.

Well there's probably a quick fix to this, but I think you need to give more info about your problem so we can narrow it down to the specific problem.

1.) Are you using wireless or direct connection
2.) Have you tried connecting to the internet with a different computer or tested it someone else's internet?
3.) Are you getting any messages? Like maybe a little message at the bottom right popping up and saying "Limited or no connectivity"
4.)Go to start->run->type cmd->click ok->type ipconfig in the new screen and report what you're told

At this point it's difficult to tell if it's an issue with your card, your ISP, or something else.
