Solved: Linksys Wireless-G notebook adapter Problem
Im having 2 Problem with my wireless adapter. It will not connect to the internet. It is a Linksys Wireless-G Notebook Adapter 2.4GHZ Model # WPC54G ver. 3. The power Light is in, but the link ight is not. It will not detect the wireless router in the house, which works fine for three other computers. I can not Uninstall it, because when i try to i get an error message saying, "An Installation Support File Can not be installed, the system can not find the file specified." The program that is suppossed to work with the Adapter to get it starting will not work either. Pleaseeeeee Help me!

I'd contact Linksys tech support, maybe they can get you manual uninstall instructions to do the uninstall. Have you tried updating it's drivers instead of uninstalling it?

Open Device Manager and under the properties of the wireless adapter, you can select Update Drivers.
