OK so the IPconfig has no IP address nor can it see the router ....

so we may be looking for a wireless driver issue, interefernce etc

i would start by installing the driver - goto the PC manufacturers website - support, drivers for you model and download the wireless drivers

next i would log into the router and change the wireless channel - use 1 or 6 or 11
Whilst logged into router I would also remove the wireless secruity if enabled to see if any of that makes a difference

well, this pc is built at not exactly a good store
so its not really a pc make.

that site needs a model version, 3.9, 4, 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3
i just looked and it is 4, so

BUT
when i took it out to look, and put it back in, the connection worked fine the first time i booted the pc up.
so im just gonna hold this like it is now.
im not sure if it is fixed, so im not marking this solved yet.
but, for now its working,
i'll get back here if the problem comes back in a day or 2.

ty ^^
