i know they do its the worst thing ever, i cant get any work done, it takes ages for any little thing that i need to get done for college

it said that i had 0% packet loss.
i dont understand why its so slow, ive had 4 times the speed before and that was a 2mbit service....

What do you get when you test at www.speedtest.net and use their suggested server?

Well, that's still pretty bad.

This clearly seems to be an ISP issue, don't know what to suggest. Since changing ISP's made it worse, can you go back?

well not cuz for some stupid reason we desided to sign an 18 month contract.

if i called talktalk up and demanded them to fix it would they do anything?
or would they just tell me to **** off?

well i posted my problem to the talktalk forum , and they replied saying that they changed my profile to a db9. not sure what that means but its good..
basicly if you have a problem and are on talktalk its the perfect place to get it sorted
