my modem is a "D-Link dsl-2640r broadband wirless g adsl2+ router"
apartently talktalk has been rung and apaently all they have said is that the line does not support any higher speeds, which is bull! we've had 10times higher speeds before.
as for the line quality: i resitered an account( the only way they let you test) and started the scan but i t never did anything i wait for 5 hours.. no joke..
the ping test had a line quality rating and it said i hate a B*. the ping was 46ms and the jitter was 3ms, the packet loss could not be tested for some reason, it just said "unable to test".
i'll call talktalk and talk to them myself, but what do i tell them is wrong?
