You apparently have ipv6 disabled, so it's a good thing that you are using ipv4.

Suggest you try the following repairs, but if they don't happen to fix the problem I think you will need to discuss this with your school's IT support. Your assigned IP address and Default Gateway are not on the same subnet, and that is probably a network problem.

(From a JohnWill post)

TCP/IP stack repair options for use with Vista or 7.

Start, Programs\Accessories and right click on Command Prompt, select "Run as Administrator" to open a command prompt.

Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults: netsh winsock reset catalog

Reset IPv4 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

Reset IPv6 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

Reboot the machine.

Somebody fixed the Dhcp server, or took the (bad) 10.3.200.1 one offline and replaced it with 10.3.100.101. Note that your Default Gateway address (10.57.200.1) is now in the same subnet as your IP address.
