Exclamation Need help a.s.a.p!
Hello fellow community. I have just recently joined this site because of something that happened to my router. One night while I was playing a game on Xbox Live my connection gave out on the Xbox. My wire-less gave out on my lap-top, and it gave out on my mothers lap-top. I reset both my Gate-way, and my Linksys router. Now when-ever I plug the yellow Ethernet cord from my Gate-way to my router it says I have wire-less and internet. But when-ever I connect to my wire-less router.... It says I'm connected with limited access. I pre-ordered a game called "Modern Warfare 2" it's suppose to be amazing online. So before it arrives I would like to have my wire-less on my internet and on my xbox back!!! Please help me TechSupport Community.

exact make and model of the Modem and Router
Also make and model of each laptop and desktop and how connected to router

As the wireless went out on all machines - I suspect something on the router, assuming cable works

When you connect to the router with a cable - can you use the internet OK

have you switched everything OFF
turned on the modem allowed to settle and the lights to show correct status
turned on the router allowed to settle and the lights to show correct status
turned on and booted the PCs
