my friends computor is an acer and it crashed reset to factory settings works ok shes got a netgear wg843v3 router with aol internet can get it to work wired but not wireless its got the network on but will not connect the internet symbol at the bottom right as a yellow symbol on it what does that mean? ive spent around 20 hours on this problem and ive been onto netgears site trying to set the router can any one help as im at the end of my tether

on the acer site download launch manager open an enable wlan hope this helps

make sure you put in model number and operating system
