LinkStation Live, WebAccess problems Hello.

I have recently bought a Buffalo LinkStation Live network hard drive. I have set this up to work on my home computer and that works fine, getting access to it through my router.
The problem comes with the WebAccess part of it. Within "WebAccess Settings > share" I have set the folder to "Allow all users/groups" as I want a password on the access so only users I set can access it.
Then on the WebAccess settings I have enabled it and set a BuffaloNAS.com and and key (the key being the same as the admin password for the control panel as well as for the extra user I set up). But when I go to BuffaloNAS.com and enter the name that I set I am then prompted for a username and password to access the network drive and nothing I put in here works.



But nothing works, any ideas?
