Since this is a Dell, go to the Dell website and input your service tag number on the support pages and look for the network driver for your machine and load it. Should take care of you.

Went to the site, found the driver they have listed for my service tag, but it downloads to my laptop somewhere. I did a search, but I don't know where it went so I can find it and put it on a flash and move it to the Dell PC.

I'm suffering from a complete lack of talent here I know.

No worries. Most Dell drivers will start with the letter R for some reason. Do a search for files starting with R with a date of November 18 and you should find it.
