You can take out the UDP definition as a web site/server won't do any UDP communications. You also didn't specify how you are testing your configuration. If you are trying to get to your web server from inside using your public IP/domain name, then your router doesn't support local loopback.

I can get to my site if i don't configure port fowarding, but the way i have it configured now, it just brings me to my router configuration page. Now, i have a friend who lives across town, and i give him the site, and he tests it... it gives him a page load error...

Alright something is definitely strange. I go to localhost:8080 and it shows my files that i want it to show... Now when i go to the main site, it doesn't even show anything... the one i got from dyndns. heres my site: epicnerd.mine.nu. now i need help as to what ports i put where... also when i go to my IP address, it doesn't even bring me to the right page... so something is definitely wrong there...

Visit ShieldsUp and do a port scan of port 8080, tell us what it returns for it's status.

The fact that it returns stealth leads me to believe it's not opened in the router. If the server were not responding, it would come back as "closed".

I have no idea what that post with everything blanked out was supposed to tell us, but it's useless.

The image with all the things blocked out was my router's port fowarding page... i wanted to know if i was doing it right. Now, the thing is i have fowarded ports 8080 on my router, but i am still getting a stealth reading, and that it could not see it...

Well, with all the information blanked out, we have no idea what you were doing on that page, so the answer is... Who can say?

alright i just found out its not my router... at least i don't think so, i have plugged my computer directly into the modem itself, and it still comes up as the port being stealth ... so its either my ISP or my comp.

Have your friend try epicnerd.mine.nu:8080, or try it yourself.
If that works, you didn't set up the Webhop redirect at www.dyndns.com correctly. If you want your visitors to use epicnerd.mine.nu, you need to redirect that to a different host, epicnerd-alt.mine.nu:8080 for example, that points to your public IP.

You might also try a totally different port, say 8796 for instance. Perhaps the ISP is blocking the alternate 8080 port as well.
