Well, I'd use MAC filtering to select the allowed computers.

Do you have a link to the user manual for that router?

You need to find a MAC filter, not a TCP/IP filter.

I used the wireless lan settings which was in basic settings.
This only works for the wireless computers and i still have a comp connected to the modem via ethernet cable.
Any ideas what i can do?
i added an image of where i entered the mac addresses

Do you have a similar screen for wired connections? Some routers only offer this capability for wireless connections. The reasons for that I've never understood, but that's what happens.

Look in page 29 and see if you can use the filtering there on MAC addresses to handle the wired connections.

Interface Select PVC0 (depends check your WAN Setting to be sure)
Direction Both
Filter Type TCP/IP

Port Number 0 (All Web/VOIP/FTP etc traffic)
Destination IP Address 0 (block access to all destinations)
Subnet Mask 0 (doesn't matter, packets going outside network)
Port Number 0 (All Web/VOIP/FTP etc traffic)
Protocol TCP *You may wish to create multiple rules for ICMP/UDP as well with the same settings
