Smile Using DNS----I can't open pandora.TV
I was able to watch pandoratv with my laptop computer until six weeks ago. ( I could watch youtube, though)

Suddenly, I was not able to watch pandora, so I completely installed operation system yesterday and reintalled the MS office,anti-virous, and all other programs which I used before.

I thought my problem was solved.

When I clicked www.pandoratv.com, I coudn't open it.

I can open pandoratv with my desk top, though.

The error message is " Windows cannot find the host name "www.pandora.tv"using DNS.

I really want to watch pandora TV with my laptop. Please help my problem. I am sending this email from U.S.A. I use Macafee software both desktop and laptop. Firewall is on for both computers.

Thank you in advance.

I also get the black screen (with note at top that "firefox has blocked a popup"). www.pandora.tv opens fine.

Please show for the laptop and for the desktop (and indicate which is which if it is not obvious) ...

Start, Run, CMD, OK to open a command prompt:
(For Vista or 7 type CMD in the Search box after Start)

Type the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

[Note that there is no space between the slash and ALL.]

Right click in the command window and choose Select All, then hit Enter.
Paste the results in a message here.

If necessary use a text file and removable media to copy the results to a computer with internet access.

Smile I am not able to watch pandora TV.
Thank you for your reply. I tried Firefox and IE but it didn't work, either.

I was wondering whether I need to add pandora tv site for trusted site

Tools --internet option --security--trusted cite--https://*.chase.com

Please let me know how I can watch pandora TV.

Thank you

You don't need it to be trusted, opens fine here and it's not in my list.
