D-Link DWL-G132 Wireless USB Adapter not working
In using the D-Link DWL-G132 Wireless USB Adapter on Windows 7 (64 bit)

My wireless adapter has been working for about two weeks but then radomlly the computer didn't recognise the adapter. When I tried to re-install the driver from the disc the installshield wizard pops up then disappears without reaching a set-up menu. What shoud I do?

Do you mean that the adapter disappears from Device Manager? If and when it does are there any warnings or errors in Device Manager?

I mean i doesn't recognise what it is. It appears as an "Unknown Device" in the device manager.

That's only one of the reasons I suggested to try the latest driver from D-Link's web site.

Don't know much else to suggest. Maybe the adapter is defective--try it on another computer; preferably a Windows 7 64-bit, but success with any OS should be sufficient to say the adapter is still OK.
