Solved: Internet will not connect
I have recently got sky broadband, and have set it up. My laptop does connect to the network and laptop, however my friends will not.

He has a HPG60, and is using Norton 360 on windows vista. He can connect to the network, but it will not connect to the internet. He can connect using the ethernet cable though.

It also comes up as an "unidentified network"

I have tried quite a few things I have found, but none of them seem to help!

Will provide any information needed I can provide.

Thanks for any help you can give!

Remove all the stored wireless network profiles and search for the network again. Here's How to Remove Stored Wireless Network Profiles for XP, Vista, and Windows 7

Make SURE he's using the correct encryption key, and he has the latest drivers for his wireless hardware.

Hey, I managed to fix it! An update of the drivers did the job. Can't believe we didn't think of this before!
