In my laptop WLAN is showing disabled from Device Manager & no Wireless is showing in the Network Adaptar under Device manager.

If you cannot access the internet with this PC, then you will need to copy the program across to the faulty PC
Start > control Panel {Vista set to classic view}> system > {Vista, device manager on left hand side} {XP hardware Tab, device manager button} >
windows 7
start > control panel> System and Security> Device Manager

To post a screen shot of the active window, hold the Alt key and press the PrtScn key. Open the Windows PAINT application and Paste the screen shot. You can then use PAINT to trim to suit, and save it as a JPG format file.

you have a number of devices that need drivers

so post back the windows version you have XP, Vista, windows7
from the screen shot it looks like XP

make and model of the PC - if a dell also the service TAG number on the machine - we can then goto the manufacturers website and download the drivers

have you recently reinstalled XP ?

yes I did reinstall XP....also tried to download the driver from website as this is HP laptop.....Compaq presario C700...but could not get the wireless driver from the site...
