I had a little time to kill this afternoon while waiting to be able to visit someone in the hospital so I decided to take a stroll around the lake where I saw these. Somebody was creative enough to mix a bit of wild with the not so wild and even though the sky was mixed at least I didn't get rained on.

I hope you like them as much as I do..............

I have no idea what these flowers are but I like the idea that they are fighting their way through the grass.



A yellow coloured flower has always presented it's share of problems to me but I figured I'd try it again.



These are the same fighting flowers as in the first shot. Tough little guys that just don't take it laying down.



In case you didn't know it I have this thing for Saw-grass. I can't really explain it but I will go out of my way to photograph some if I know it's there.
