It could possibly be done, I don't suppose you have another photo of him that we could do an eye transplant with ?

Maybe make it so he has sun glasses on may work.

You would be struggling to do much with the glare on that one, but I wouldn't be to worried because its a good picture thats says a lot. The photo looks like it has caught his personality very well.
