Middle of Nowhere Pictures
For those of you who live in the middle of nowhere, as I do, here are some pictures of a bridge I rode my bike to. It is in Worthington, although I came to it from Peru. At the beginning of the road there is a bridge closed sign (painted on wood as most hillbilly signs are). I had never seen it so I drove down there (about six miles down a dirt road), and came across it. It's located on Pierce Road in Peru and Parish Road in Worthington.

Yeah...It's a little creepy, though. Lots of boarded up cabins near it. I did see some Trout in the water. (The state (Massachusetts) stocks the brook, hence the name Trout Brook)

Nice pic's and it makes me wonder what peace & quiet would be like again. I don't have any pics to post in this thread because everywhere I've been is someplace.

Smile Beautiful!
I think they're wonderful! Even though I've never actually lived in the country sometimes I just yearn to be there... Peace and quiet is the ultimate high!
These pics I'm attaching are of two acres on a river we own and love. We just may build there when we retire. Right now it's a weekend retreat (when we can get there).

Awesome Janet and Wilson!

This bridge is farther down the road. It's still open, though.

I thought it was interesting

By the way, where the gap is on Pierce and Parish Road on this map is the first bridge. The second is almost at the end of Parish Road.
