I went with my wife to NYC last week Cheese. Was our 25 th anniversary. That town is so huge to see. wish i had more than a couple days.

it is amazing how many people are there.

How did you like the subways?

and did you get down to Times Square? We were sitting there at Bubba Gumps at the middle of Times Square and the infamous Naked Cowboy was doing his thing.

quite a city for a suburb detroiter who sees a dead downtown

Hey there Bill

We passed by Bubba Gump's - Times Square was really really crowded as you can see in the pic. Lots of tourists were out that day.

Did you have a good time overall?

i had a good time but not enough time

it was an experience

too bad the 2nd day was rain all day

and i mean all day

if you want i can send you my amended letter to my family - nah that would bore most but did give a flaver of a quick 2 day trip

i think if i had it to do again i would ride the bus for a day

did you get to see a show. sorry if i missed that. we tried to get into a few and ended upn seeing the producers which was great

We didn't see a show that day, no. I haven't seen a Broadway show in years.
You should come back when the weather is nicer. You'd have a blast.
Happy Anniversary by the way!

Thanks

but the show was awsome and i do not like musicals.

it is amazing how many people are in that town and how they adjust to the weather

first day was sunny so i got no complaints

2nd day we did not get out the door 2 minutes and i am thinking a rain jacket aint gonna get it. my wife did not like dealing with the street vendors but i am thinking umbrella so asked and they were $5. i swear 5000 people had the same umbrella

and i think the subway system stinks frankly

but that is another story

I'm not a subway fan either.
It's guaranteed you cannot walk down any street without someone trying to sell you something or hand you a flyer.
