Hello guys,
this is mine situation: i have about 3GB photos of mine nephew from birth to now (now he is 2.5 years old ) and mine PC`s hard disk failed. he had a lot of bad sectors, so i managed to recovery almost all photos whit data recovery programs, but photos are ruined. in thumbnails they seems O.K. but in 1 by 1 view they are corrupted.

i atached 1 photo for You.

can i somehow recover them ? some software or something.. thanks for help guys and sorry for broken english

Did you have the paid version JPEG Recovery?
The trial version is fully functional except that the save function is disabled.

It says the image has been recovered but you got to order the program to get the recovered image.
Does it show a smaller thumbnail image that looks recovered?

It says at the site...
Preview of Images in Trial Version
Trial version allows you to view the final images (although save function is disabled).

Lots of other File & Data Recovery programs listed here and many are free.

http://lists.thedatalist.com/pages/F...a_Recovery.htm

Just don't use the drive you want to recover thing from for anything so nothing get writed to it. Then do any saving to another drive even if the saved images are not turning out right because another program may be able to say things.

I also wonder if spinrite will help. It is not free but it can recover a drive where other programs can't.
