click 'Go Advanced.'
click 'Manage Attachments.'
click 'Browse' (to find the pic you want to post).
click the pic file once.
click 'Upload.'
close the 'Manage Attachments' window.
click 'Submit Reply.'

Make sure they are 200kb or less and it works like a charm.
