hi all. went to the wagon trails thursday. and it was hot. but i enjoyed my self. here are just a few pics that i took
















i even got some good news. i was just told by Nikon that they will warranty my 55-200mm lens. and i will be getting it back in a couple of weeks

we had a storm yesterday. with a lots of rain. and the drainage ditch near our house was almost over flowing. as you can see in these before and after pics. the first pic in each set was taken about an hour before the rain.










and this is what we got after the storm

finally got my Nikon 55-200MM VR back from nikon it dont have the reach like the tamron. but i love the VR. i can shoot with out a tripod. like i did with this robin

went to a civil war reenactment over the weekend. took over 400 pictures. here are a few. I'll post some of the canons going off as soon as i adjust them









i talked to this guy. to ask if thats a real camera. he told me he has a digital slr mounted inside the box. he said he wanted to make it look like they did back in the old days so he can blend in with the reenactment, and take pictures
