Lunar eclipse in SC night sky
I took these in backyard in SC and had to manual focus so the one at full eclipse could be sharper .It was hard to tell as dark as it was on moon's face .
Hope some enjoy them .

OMG! Those are AWESOME!

Are those enlargements or did you use a telescope? WOW!...

...I'll find some of my shots later, but don't get your hopes up, most of it was obscured by clouds (here in the East Bay Area).

So how did you shoot these?

Thanks for kinds words poochee and James.
James I used a XT with Canon 400 5.6 with 1.4 Kenko Pro 300 DG teleconverter so it made it 560mm.
On Feisol tripod with cable release and mirror lock up in manual mode.
Full eclipse was f8 1.3 sec ISO 400
other was f8 1/125 sec ISO 100
The teleconverter makes the 5.6 to f/8 .
I did manual focusing .
The pic is cropped in LR .
I got some noise out with the free noiseware comm version.
