My brother's Old Record Albums
My brother's friend passed away and left him about 200 record albums. He had them lined up all the way across the living room. I just had a minute to look at them the other day and took a few pictures of one's I recognized that I wouldn't mind having.....

Ahhh yes, get into the way back machine my friends, and take a trip down memory lane. Always was partial to Tull in "The Early Days", and "Thick as a Brick" fits into that timespan very nicely. I saw Tull in 1970 in Madison Square Garden, and being a homespun hick from Indiana, it was an eye opening experience. All nice albums, you can`t go wrong with them.

I was surprised at what good shape the actual albums were in. The covers were pretty beat up but I'm sure he'll be able to listen to them and maybe even burn them onto cd/s.
I just wanted to load all of those albums up and wallpaper a room in my house with them.
The artwork back then was so great and not shrunk down to little c.d. size pictures we get now.

I saw Tull in about 1986, in Fresno. Great show!! I didn't know anything about Tull but my husband dragged me to the show. I'll never regret that, or the show he dragged me to hear Stevie Ray Vaughn Then I dragged him to hear Journey when Steve Perry was still the lead singer. (Randy Jackson played bass that night we saw the show, I'd never heard of him before, but now that he's on American Idol, everyone knows who he is, but not many know he played bass for Journey).
