Close Ups ( of anything )
I thought I'd start a thread on what the title says.
Close ups.
What kind of detail can be posted.
I'm mostly using a Fuji A700 with it set at point and shoot, so knowing members here frequently have better equipment and more skill, how about displaying what you can do

Some of the following are large files, so they are hosted elsewhere.
Be sure to expand them as they take up considerably more than my current 17" monitor ( that's right, my beloved 21" Sony died last week )

Good idea Stoner. Here's a couple taken with either my 17-85 or 100-400. I would give my eye teeth for a good macro lens.

nice orchid Guy...

I have a bunch of those from the Boston flower show but won't post them ... hopeing to see some other peoples efforts...

go crack the piggy bank and get a macro lens.... ... the Tamron 90mm is as good as it gets in that range... I'll post a picture or two with it when I get a minute

I'm out on my deck on my mac laptop having supper at the moment
