and more.

Band was Sonny Wolf, if you can get to myspace.com (I can't here from work) I would highly recommend listening to his music. The boy can flat out play a GEEtar.

I have no idea who the dork in the left photo is.

Nice shots but really you need to turn off the date stamp. Your still have the date and other info on the pictures from the Exif.

Nothing worse then having that one picture you want to print or wish you did not have the date showing up on.

thanks, poochee!

how you doin' these days?

austin is a weird town. Thu-Sun they shut down the two main streets (5th and 6th) and just let people meander about. This is year round.

No way in hades I could live in a place like that.

Doing fine thank you!

When I went to HS in Michigan I lived in a town where the downtown area was 2 blocks long. We moved there from Chicago, and it was quite a change for me. It was on Lake Michigan so I spent a lot of summer time at the beach which had a carnival. It was a tourist town. Lots of people from Chicago, which was on the others side of the lake, vacationed there in the summer.

Guess it is each to there own on something like this.
Also not the same on all camera's The stamp can be down more in the corner and what you see in the view finder and what gets taken is not the same on all camera so that date stamp can go over part of the picture where you don't want it. That is why I stopped using it. Before and for years I used it on the pictures so I knew the date but that was with film. Then with the dig camera I did the same a short time. I think it was some close up and micro shots that had the date over parts I did not want it on so I said that's it.

yeah, it's a digi cam, first one I've owned. Been a photog buff for years, but always got by just by finding the right shot instead of buying some expensive equipment. Won a few awards here and there, but again, that was just me taking my camera with me a lot and therefore being able to record the right spot at the right time.

If you want I can upload some of the award winners........run of the mill stuff, though, I must admit.
