Cut down on the caloric intake and do crunches. It works but I am too lazy and hungry to do it.

Well cardio helps and so does weights and other ways of working out.
If your going to a gym you can get some that have classes.

I love Group Strength Training and you work your whole body. Plus what one teacher does is not the same as another.

But foods are all part of it.
You eat junk foods and your get fat.

Eating good raw foods and juicing can help a lot.

sit ups work well, you can use different methods if you find it difficult to do it the normal way, there are several products on the market that can make it easy for you, I have a great gadget from Avon which really does tone your tummy with ease

switch to a light beer

go for a walk...regularly(this does not have to be daily). increase the distance as you get more comfortable with the routine.

yea hewee, it's one of the contraptions which helps you to do sit ups, has 2 foot grip like pedals that slip on to your feet, a long flexible bar attachment with a handle so you can simply lie back and think of England!

well not exactly, you do have to pull on the bar which lifts you up it worked great for me!

Your do better without the thing. Sure it may of helped by making it more easy but you want to do it all on your own because yout get stronger also.

I seen that and posted it long ago here or another site.
I feel for him and know how hard it can be to get started because all I did when I got started after all that happen to me laying around for years and heart attack etc.
I was so hard taking the classes and I hated it at first but knew I had to do something and I thank God for helping me and not giving up. I love now going to the gym 5 days a week.
