T-Mobile HiFi Ringers
Hey to all you smart ppl out there. I just got a new phone capable of getting those new "HiFi" Ringers from T-Mobile. My question is, what format are these ringtones in (.mp3 .wav .wma)? Thanx.

no offence to the poster what so ever

This brings up an important question about TSG tech help

what Category do Cell phones fall under?

And is this part of a PC type question?

it seems that many here could probably help, and other questions on other electronics are also asked here?

Just wonder in-case I have any Cell phone questions or anyone else does, should there be a category for this and all misc. electronics?
I would just send them to a forum that deals with that anyways

I found out that the format is SMAF, that is supposedly the audio clip format. How can I convert my MP3's to that format? A friend of mine told me that there was a way to do it.

Not to get too off topic, but how do u also convert MP3 to M3U? Thanx.

Isn't M3U a playlist? If so, I don't think you could convert a song to that...

you can convert MP3 and >.wma ect.
with a .wav converter

if using a .wma file, go through media player

Thanx...

BTW...does anyone have the Samsung E105 from T-Mobile?? If so, can you give me a little info about it. I realize it now, I put in my original post that I already got it (my mistake) I havent even ordered it yet..lol Anywayz, any extra info about this phone is appreciated.

P.S. how are the ringtones, especially the downloaded ones. I have the Motorola T720i right now, and the ringtones are really low. If there was dead silence, I could probably hear a pin drop better than that phone ringing..lol
