Charter has been making me mad latley, i get major lag spikes in counterstrike even on server in same city.

Big city?... I live in a smaller one.. only lag/ slowdown is on days when the banks, schools, and other things are transfering.. usualy late in the day like 2PM - 6PM

Havent notice any slowdowns since my modem was swapped..
I like it,but kinda pricey I think..

FIOS speed is 5X faster for the same price, but all i keep hearing from them is excuses why the streets around me can get it, but i cant.

I like in a fairly small city, im going to ask on the charter forums..
