#91 | The media for years has grasped onto anything they find money in doing. The reporting of Natalee holloway has in no way anything to do with agencies wanting to help. Natalee's mother is a very vocal person, attractive, and a pretty voice, She's a selling point just to put on TV. Natalee herself is an attractive, straight A, american dream child, that when you see something happen to, It sells. THere is a reason the media doesen't report fat ugly women who come from broken homes. No one wants to watch pictures of a 500 pound black woman with 17 kids that got kidnapped and waxed down in aruba. Honestly, I don't want to see sob stories about any kid that got lost in aruba, But many Americans find this "emotional" struggle of a mom searching for her lost child who just went down to a wonderful little aruban island for a senior trip heart touching, and breaking. News agencies know this. CNN didn't become the most successful news agency of all time by being full of idiots. It's full of salesman, people who sell suffering. They sell information about suffering. Theres an old saying "Theres no news like bad news" and this is strictly the case with Natalee, The perfect family, losing the perfect daughter, to an obnoxious rich dutch boy who any hard working american can instantly find hate in the second they see his gold chain and spiked hair, with that nice big beer in his hand. His life is too easy, and mine is so hard. We will villify him without a second thought. He just looks like a jackass, like a prick.
Another key in news agencies, is when something sells, find everything else like it, so now we are hearing about more and more 'perfect' families breaking apart through loss. As though it really matters. This kind of thing happens everyday, everywhere, in the entire world. One little girl in aruba, Is no more important then the little girl in chicago who got picked up, raped, and murdered, but didn't even make the news paper when she went missing. It's not a matter of race, or color, it's a matter of making money.
Anyhow, Natalee was dead almost without a doubt by the time she was noticed missing, and if she had somehow lived, she was dead by the time the news agencies went all over the case, which they still report hourly. The body is gone, the kids don't have to talk, providing they know anything, and it's over. Given the odd chance the body washes up on shore, they have a case, no body no case. It doesen't matter if you know the person that did it. It's not what you know, it's what you can prove. The news agencies, need to back off the case, the kids mom needs to move on, because she's gone, It's 100 percent garunteed by now, because even if Vander sloot had her locked away, with all the jail time, she starved to death.

#96 | Just to let you know they found LaToyia dead.... Her life and the life of her unborn baby counted as much as Natalee's..... Pregnant Woman's Remains Found; Man Arrested

PHILADELPHIA -- Police have recovered the remains of a missing 24-year-old pregnant woman and arrested the father of the unborn child on murder charges, authorities announced Saturday.
The suspect, Stephen Poaches, is a former boyfriend of 24-year-old LaToyia Figueroa, who has been missing for a month. When Poaches, 25, was arrested in nearby Chester, police said he was wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a pistol. (He knew they were going to get his sorry butt!!)
LaToyia Figueroa's father, Melvin Figueroa, said he was relieved that an arrest had been made.
" Now she can rest in peace," he said. "All I want is justice with that peace."
Figueroa, who was five months' pregnant when she disappeared and already the mother of a young girl, was last seen on the afternoon of July 18 in West Philadelphia.
The remains were recovered in a grassy, partially wooded lot near homes and a road in Chester. The area was cordoned off by yellow police tape Saturday morning.
A few dozen members of the Figueroa family and supporters arrived at the scene shortly after daybreak, clustering close to the police tape and embracing each other.
" Our hearts our broken ... we just want to spend some time here and take a look at this place where LaToyia unfairly was murdered," said a cousin of Figueroa, Philadelphia City Councilman Juan Ramos.
Relatives and friends, who have papered the city with flyers and held large-scale searches for any sign of Figueroa, had just marked the one-month anniversary of her disappearance. A reward fund for information had reached $100,000.

#99 | Aruba case suspect ordered released
Friday, September 2, 2005; Posted: 4:36 a.m. EDT (08:36 GMT)
ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) -- A judge Thursday ordered the release of an Aruban teenager jailed for nearly three months in the disappearance of an Alabama girl and said he would be freed this weekend, the youth's father and attorney said.
Paul van der Sloot said the judge ruled there was no reason to hold his son, Joran, any longer on suspicion of murder but that the youth remained a suspect in the sexual assault of 18-year-old Natalee Holloway.
Reached by phone later, defense attorney Antonio Carlo, disputed part of the father's statement, saying van der Sloot, 18, remains a suspect in Holloway's murder but will be released Saturday pending the outcome of the investigation.
The decision to release van der Sloot "only has to do with the pretrial detention. The primary condition is he has to remain available to police," Carlo said. (I wonder if they took away this scum's passport!)
In a statement, the prosecutor's office declined to comment on the ruling, saying it hasn't received all of the decisions from the judge. http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/09/01/ar....ap/index.html

#102 | Aruban Prosecutors Appeal Freeing of Teens
Saturday, September 03, 2005 10:53 a.m. ET
By MICHAEL NORTON Associated Press Writer
ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) -- Aruban prosecutors appealed court rulings ordering the release Saturday of a Dutch teenager and two friends jailed in the disappearance of an Alabama woman.
Despite the order _ and the impending release _ police said the investigation into the woman's widely publicized disappearance will continue.
" The case of Natalee Holloway has not concluded with these (planned) releases," Adolfo Richardson, the police officer in charge, told The Associated Press.
Holloway's family and others have criticized the investigation, leading residents of this relatively crime-free Dutch Caribbean island to fear for their tourism industry and protest they are being unfairly targeted.
Many point out that no Aruban has been linked to the disappearance: those jailed are the Dutch teenager and two Surinamese men who were last seen with Holloway in the early hours of May 30. Prosecutors late Friday appealed the judge's order allowing the conditional release Saturday of the Surinamese brothers.
Judge R. Smid ruled that Deepak Kalpoe, 18, and Satish Kalpoe, 21, could go free on the condition they remain on the island and available to police, said their attorneys Ruud Oomen and David Kock.
The judge agreed to their release "since the brothers were free for almost two months and made no attempt to evade justice," Oomen said.
"They maintain their innocence very, very emphatically," he added. The court on Thursday had ordered Joran van der Sloot, now 18, freed under the same conditions.
Attempts to reach prosecutors for comment were unsuccessful.
Lawyers on the island were divided over what the releases might mean.
" The prosecution doesn't have the smoking gun. There is a fair chance they are innocent, even if a great part of public opinion has already convicted them," said Lincoln Gomez, an Oranjestad defense lawyer not connected to the case.
"People say: 'It has to be them. If not them, then who? Somebody has to be the bad guy.'"
Another defense attorney, Ricardo Yarzagaray, said the release did not mean the men would no longer be part of the case.
" You must remember that a suspect may be walking free but he is still a suspect," Under Dutch law that prevails on the island, a suspect can be summoned to court even two years after being freed from jail, he said.
Van der Sloot and the Kalpoes were arrested June 9. The brothers were released July 4 but were re-arrested last week. All three have denied any involvement in Holloway's disappearance.
Holloway, 18, disappeared after a night of eating, dancing and drinking. She was last seen leaving a nightclub with the three young men, hours before she was to catch a return flight to Alabama, at the end of a high school graduation trip.
Van der Sloot has admitted to being alone with her on a beach but insists he left her there alone, around 2 a.m., and did not harm her.
Van der Sloot's father was arrested briefly in the case and released. "I'm devastated," the missing teen's mother, Beth Holloway Twitty, said of the prospective release of the three suspects.
She and others have criticized Aruban authorities for waiting 10 days to arrest the young men. http://wireservice.wired.com/wired/s...toryId=1084811

#105 | Deepak is a stinking, lying, low life scum of the earth...may he rot in hell! Suspect: We Had Sex With Natalee
Oct. 6, 2005
(CBS) It's been just over four months since Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway vanished during a school trip to Aruba, and the three young suspects in her disappearance are no longer in custody.
CBS News correspondent Tracy Smith reports that a just-released audiotaped interview with one of the suspects holds some revealing details about what may have happened to Natalee.
In the months following Holloway's disappearance, investigators descended on the island of Aruba looking for clues. One of them was Jamie Skeeters, a polygraph expert, hired by the "Dr. Phil" show.
In August, Skeeters talked to Deepak Kalpoe on tape. Kalpoe, his brother Satish and friend Joran van der Sloot were the last people seen with Holloway. This is how Deepak Kalpoe described Holloway:
"To tell you quite frankly, dressed like a slut, talked like one, too," he said. "Would go into a car with three strange guys, and her mother, claiming her to be the goody-two-shoes. Enough with this BS already." (Stinking LOSER!)
When Holloway's mother, Beth Twitty, talked to The Early Show's Hannah Storm last week, she shared her suspicions about what happened to her daughter.
"I know this is really difficult for you to talk about, but you do believe that she was sexually assaulted. Is that correct?" Storm asked.
"Absolutely," Twitty said. But Deepak Kalpoe had a different version. When an investigator asked if she had sex with all three, he responded, "She did. You'd be surprised how easy it was."
Twitty thinks it is a possibility that she could have been drugged. But if Hollway was drugged, Deepak Kalpoe said he did not do it.
"Let me ask you this," Skeeters said to Deepak Kalpoe. "I hear you can pay a bartender to slip a date rape drug in her drink."
"I've never drugged someone," Deepak Kalpoe said.
"Have you heard that happen?" Skeeters asked.
"I haven't heard the bartender story," Deepak Kalpoe said. "I have heard the drug ecstasy. I've heard they slip that into drinks."
But Deepak Kalpoe offered no clues as to where to find Holloway.
" If I knew were the body is, I would tell them a long time ago," Deepak Kalpoe said. "Let them start the trial and get this over with. I don't care." (Lousy excuse for a human being!)
While the outpouring of support for Holloway's family has been tremendous, Deepak Kalpoe said he is increasingly alone.
"I don't have any close friends anymore. They are all gone," he said.
"Really, because of this?" Skeeters asked.
" Everything is empty," Deepak Kalpoe said. (A little truth will set his soul free!)
But this may not be the last we hear from Deepak Kalpoe. Prosecutors still consider all three men suspects in the disappearance of Holloway. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/...in919948.shtml
