Good grief.

Good luck.

Like the U.S. court system has jurisdiction over them?

They may never find out exactly what happened, but I hope these parents neeeeeeever give up! I truly believe she was murdered by Joran, and I if it was my daughter I make sure the world remembers that and keep Joran and his father uncomfortable for the rest of my life .

Aruba was trying to cover up and botched up the case.

Yeah, I'll bet they will feel real uncomfortable once they are back in their country. Not gonna happen.

I'm still trying to figure out how Alabama residents can sue a foreigner in a New York State court

I see they asked for Alabama law to be applied. Don't they just kill folks in Alabama

I think a black cloud of suspicion forever hanging over your head would make a person uncomfortable regardless of where they are. (Phycological)

Teen Says He Left Ala. Woman on Beach

Wednesday, February 22, 2006 10:54 p.m. ET

NEW YORK (AP) -- A Dutch teenager questioned in the disappearance of a young Alabama woman in Aruba says he had planned to take her to his house to have sex the night she was last seen, but instead left her alone on a beach.

In an interview with ABC News' "Primetime" to air Thursday, Joran van der Sloot, 18, says he did not have sex with Natalee Holloway because they didn't have a condom. He says they "cuddled for a while" and he last saw her "sitting on the sand by the ocean." (Sure he did...more like lying beneath the sand somewhere!)

And I'm sure he got paid! Maybe he'll slip up somewhere in what he says and it'll be caught on videotape!
