Crap, 39,000 posts! Is that the record I wonder? And how do you get that many posts and not become a MOD, is someone a rebel?

Candy has almost double that (61,000), so it is not a record. He could have a record for most posts in one week though.

To become a mod you have to be nominated and then voted in by the mods. It happens every year or so I believe. It is not based on post count so much as it is the helpfulness and attitude of the poster. Last year he got nominated I think.

So a "random topics" poster could or couldn't become a MOD if they never leave these topics?

Here is my new setup. I had to figure out how to install a non-M$ visual style (I found a tutorial/program at deviantART). So now I can have the cool-ish ones from deviantART.

Oh, and Big-K, I tried that bblean, but it reminded me too much of Linux so I quit it. (If I want it to look like Linux I'll put Linux back on)

Now I made the new threads and made the post in the old thread and clicked on the report and asked that the thread be closed because a new one was made.

I think with all the mods here they should each get one forum and they can each do this when threads get to a 1000 post.

Hey maybe even let each mod use the techbot user name too.
Could even have techbot1, techbot2, techbot3 etc and the number would got to show what mod did the change.

No way not anymore. I did have the most post here one for a couple day but that was when Candy was gone on a trip.
But I was only number one a couple of days here.
Am it 4th place now.
