Latest...same build with Windows XP, wanted to play with Chrome a little more seriously and it refuses to run on 2000.

Someone that knows a little about coding widgets could probably pull that off, its just a screen capture of the Pipboy from FO3 (there was a really good skin for winamp out there based on the pipboy for FO2)

I believe that was in a small city in the Valtellina region of Italy
Most of their cities had interesting scupltures like that at main intersections
