Just have to rub it in dontcha Frank ? We ended up getting about a foot of new snow during the storm. I got caught drving home when the storm started, it was baaad. I had to lean out my drivers window 4 times on the way home to snap my wiper clean. The snow was freezing on the windshield so fast that my wipers were getting pushed up from the frozen slop.. All is well now

Take care!

Chari

Hello Folks.

Just looked at Chari's snow photo, Frank. Thanks. Lot more snow than we had. The fall the day before yesterday only lasted an hour or so before it melted.

Here's are some photos of the bonsai in the snow, and one of the front garden. Lots of shoots beginning to grow there.

I missed taking a photo of a beautiful rainbow the other day - a huge bow with, underneath it, bright sky and white clouds, while above was a dark band of grey rain-cloud, with a smaller bow above it. Didn't have the camera with me.

Hope you are all well.

Bye

Spring is just around the corner. The first bulbs are just beginning to peep through. I planted a circle of bulbs around a shrub last fall. Yesterday morning I could see one spot of green, by the afternoon, the circle was complete. I love when that happens.

First warm day I get a chance I think I'm going to head to the weed patch and try to pull up what's been growing there for years. We have huge pokeweed bushes where there used to be pumpkins...

I'm going to wait a little while before I plant anything though. The weather's been crazy.

Crying out to the moon, "If only, if only."
"If only, if only." The moon speaks no reply
Reflecting the sun and all that's gone by.
Be strong, my weary wolf, turn around boldly.
Fly high, my baby bird, my angel, my only.

Hello

We had a very heavy flurry of snow this afternoon, but it only lasted for ten minutes or so, so there's only a powdering here and there. Seems as though the weather has got colder just when bulbs are beginning to flower! Saw bullfinches in the garden yesterday - so pretty.

The photo of the Newfoundland and the parrotkete is "precious", Frank. Lovely to see it.

Penny
