I might as well through my hat in the ring. Could everyone pray for my family. My grandfather has Alzheimer's and numerous other health issues. My biggest concern is for my mom who is taking care of a lot of the details of putting him in a home. It's been hard for her. I will keep everyone here in my prayers as well.

Carol: As far as Alzheimer's....I'm a nurse and have cared for many patients with the disease! It can be very trying for a family to keep an Alzheimer's patient at home once the disease progresses...so please tell your family not to feel guilty at seeking a home to place your grandfather in! Where I worked we had a special unit devoted to those with any type of dementia or Alzheimer's...the care was phenomenal! I hope your family can find such a home!

Hey everybody

I would really appreciate a prayer or two With the school semester starting back up, and me being part time now, I have been having a few financial troubles as of late. My car was having some trouble, and I've been seeing a Chiropractor about my back, so those have been big expenses there.

I've also had a lot of other things on my mind, that I just can't seem to resolve. I would really appreciate all prayers, as I will be praying for you guys as well.

Great thread angel.

Well, I'm up at Michigan State, and everything is going well, except for my roommate.

He seems like a nice kid, but he won't stop talking about pointless things. I try to be nice, but already after just 3 days, I am almost to the point of ignoring him.

If some of you could pray that God would resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks again!
