Alias ended because Jennifer Garner was leaving the show due to her pregnancy.

I don't get that luxury. I'm going to miss my first episode ever. *pout*

Ah well, I get to make the community a safer place, so it's worth it.

its about a so-called elite special forces team "off the books" and answerable only to the presesident.their wives have an idea, but do not necessarily know what it is they do.they are sent to do all sorts of missions in small groups etc....terrorism/kidnapping....

entertaining;it's possible such a unit does exist I guess.

Uh.... you sure about that? If she was leaving due to her pregnancy:

A) They wouldn't have written her pregnancy into the show and

B) She wouldn't have come back after she had the kid.

The show was out of show. It was over. Done. Kaput. Should've been axed a couple of seasons ago and someone finally put it out of its misery. Now if we could get the same euthanasia for ER.....

I love that show--the two guys remind me of my brothers and me (in terms of the way they are always slamming each other). The problem is they are too talented so I don't think they will stay doing that show for more than a few seasons!

Respectively.
I don't watch TV on any particular night because the shows are all taped automatically so I watch them whenever I sit down and decide to (I almost never watch them live). I may watch them all on Saturday or some during the week--whenever I want to--that's the beauty of DVR--do you not have it?

No, which is a damn shame considering how much I freakin love TV. I may ask for it for Christmas if I don't think up something I need/want more. Like a plane ticket......

People still exist without PVRs?

I'm using MythTV for mine. It even gives me a web front end, so I can setup shows to record from work if I realized there was something new on I want
