Sorry about the quality of this but it was only about 1 inch square photo from last nights paper....made me smile It was a sign in a hospital outside the family planning department .... you need to scroll down a little ...

Wasnt meant to be disgusting of course just a bad choice of words I think ....I just wonder if anyone has complained about it,after all its a perfectly legitimate notice,its the mind of the reader who interprets it otherwise
