That pesky neighbor again! The man who has the videocam in his window...last night I was getting ready to let William go shopping...I go along for the ride...he shops...looked out and my neighbor was upset that someone had parked in front of his townhouse...so he parks his van to block the person in...effectively blocking me in too!! We have no assigned parking...thank God I had a handicap sign put in front of my townhouse and a blue wheelchair painted in my parking spot! I don't like William going anywhere near this man...so I called the police! In the meantime the car that was blocked in had to go over the curb, across the sidewalks and lawns the entire length of the building to get out! THEN the neighbor comes out and two other neighbors started screaming at him about the parking! He ended up leaving so I could then get out before the police arrived! The police had already said they had no car in the area...when I got back home...the dispatcher had taken the time to call me back to see if I got out alright! Very courteous! I did notice when we got home that two police cars were sitting on my sidestreet with their lights out...they must have gotten another call to the townhouses behind mine! One of the officers came from that building and removed her bullet-proof vest and put it in her trunk! Now I'm curious what was going on in that building! Anyways I typed out a complaint about the neighbor to the townhouse manager...she should get it at 9 a.m.! This neighbor also parks in the fire lanes overnight and in front of other neighbor's townhouses! The other two neighbors are filing a complaint too! He's the proverbial pot calling the kettle black!!

Beggars! William ran into Speedway while I sat out in the car...out of nowhere a black man knocked on my car window wanting to know if I could spare him some money to get some hotdogs! He scared the crap out of me!!! Good thing my car doors were locked...what if he'd been a robber or a carjacker! Who knows what his real intent was...William came out then and some women in a car pulled up next to me!! We heard the store attendant tell the guy to move on!
