My rant is about TV hosts getting a guest to come on then trying to provoke them with some question they really don't care to respond too and they insist that they answer their question over and over.

This morning on Today Meredith Vera kept asking Russell Crowe some question about if he could do something all over again what would he do. As you could tell he didn't care to respond to that particular question and Meredith sounded like a stuck record and wouldn't take a non-reponse for an answer. Russell was actually real gracious and tried to change the subject several times. She even ask him if he felt like throwing a phone at her. I wished he had grabbed her by the throat and then smiled and said "Just joking" like she did after the phone throwing reference.

Not only that but Meredith would as some other question then not give him time to say but a few words then she would start talking again. I watch a lot of these interviews to hear what the guest has to say not some motormouth host run off at the mouth.

I feel better now that I have got that off my chest.
