Especially the kind who cannot keep their own crap straight, so that months or years down the road when they failed to keep ANYTHING straight in their records, require me to duplicate my work.... that was done right the first time mind you.... because they are morons. "Oh, well I saw it on my desk and didn't know what it was." Do you think maybe you could CALL SOMEONE and ask about it?
AND! If you're smart enough to own three houses, you should be smart enough to keep the paperwork for those three properties separate and know the difference between a freakin MAILING ADDRESS and the PHYSICAL ADDRESS! Especially when the mailing address is your own house, and the physical addresses are those of your other two rental properties.

You should ALSO know the difference between Cottonwood and Sleepy Hollow. They're not even the same amount of words. They don't even sound a like! There's not even any way that you could write one so that it looks like the other! WHY IS THIS DIFFICULT?

#941 | Neighbors who park their junk car too close to mine...like last night...during a snowstorm...then they leave in their second car...so my car remains surrounded by snow and maintenance can't get their snow blower between the cars! AND....maintenance men who can't seem to just use a shovel to do the job! If it isn't done in the next few hours I am going to complain to management! I'm not letting William do a job for free that is included in my rent!
