Hanna, I volunteer for the police on patrols on Devil's and Hallowe'en nights.. I've seen what a small handfull of people do; but isn't there something illegal about profiling and accusing people for the clothes they wear?

"This person's wearing black, follow him!" "She's wearing a miniskirt on a night like this? She's up to something!" It's ridiculous, but completely condoned and expected on two nights of every year because it's against the law to be young.

It's not against the law to be young.......what they do is against the law. Guess you have to look at it as an "ounce of prevention"

Parents, ultimately, should have to be responsible for the damages caused/created by their little darlings.
