No more Stephanie & her awesome dresses.
OMG! I was gaga over her dresses. Driving my boyfriend crazy with the , "why the heck can't I find a dress like that anywhere?"

Lakisha should have done Son of a Preacher Man. If Stephanie had picked it she'd still be standing.
I can't believe Gina I'm-The-Hardest-Rocker-Ever made it. I can't stand her and her "image". She's all, "this is me. This is how I am at home". Like anyone wears one fishnet glove while laying around at home.

Every week, I found myself getting all drooly over her dresses... and even in the recap last night after her bootination? Even BEFORE she had a stylist at her beck & call.... awesome dresses.

And yeah, Gina is the Ryan Starr/Nikki McKibbin hybrid. The dudes seem to like her, though.

Best line of the year:

"the little girl's face says it all, really" ~ Simon Cowell.

Carl and I cracked up and laughed well into the next performance over that one.

My favorite song/performance was Jordin's. It gave me goosebumps.

Yay! Val's all caught up!

Yeah, I read an article/allegation that Simon's comments were scripted... but I'm not sure how you could script that one.... pretty funny.

Also, yes, Jordin = da bomb. Love. Her. Talented, likable, attractive....

Next weeks show...Gwen Stefani will work with the Top 10 finalists and will perform "The Sweet Escape" with Akon on the results show. It will be a pop-themed week, as contestants pick their favorite songs from that genre.

Why thank you for that update, Angel!

Although, "Pop" is kind of a vague genre, if you ask me. Which nobody did.

I assumed that he was watching the monitor and had enough time to think up something like that...it was like he was throwing up his hands and didnt know what else to say.

I really dont get the whole Sanjaya craze for little girls. I dont think anyone does...except for little girls, of course!

Now why did they put Haley in that floppy black dress? I'm not saying sluttify her or anything, but come on! She's a gorgeous girl, she's young.... I don't know why they'd hide that. Eh. Maybe it's just me....

And that Stephanie and her dresses.... someone get that girl in the fashion circuit stat.

The site went down for a few! The status page was filled with red! Back to normal I see!

The theme this week isn't Pop...it is “Songs That Have Inspired Gwen Stefani”! I'm not familiar with "No Doubt" songs...so there are a few in the following list I've never heard of....except "Hey Baby!" which is being sung by Spoiler:
JORDIN!
Possible song spoilers for tomorrow night:
Spoiler:
Blake Lewis - “Love Song” - The Cure
Chris Richardson - “Don’t Speak” - No Doubt
Chris Sligh - “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic” - The Police
Gina Glocksen - Unknown as of yet Pretenders Ballad ("I'm Special" would be nice!)
Haley Scarnato - “True Colors” - Cyndi Lauper (Good luck...don't mess up a fav of mine!)
Jordin Sparks - “Hey Baby” - No Doubt
Lakisha Jones - Unknown Donna Summers Song
Melinda Doolittle - Unknown Donna Summers Song
Phil Stacey - “Every Breath You Take” - The Police (I love that song!)
Sanjaya Malakar - “Bathwater” by No Doubt (Never heard of it?)
