Unavailable Unknown Number
I've been getting about 4 calls a day with "Unavailable Unknown Number" as the caller I.D. I have Sun Rocket, using my Cable Hook Up. When I go on line, I see the number as, believe it or not, (Res) tri-cted. I've sent e-mails to Sun Rocket and because it's "Alpha", I can't block the number from coming in. It has to be numbers. Smart aren't they? Does anyone know how I can find out what number is calling, or how I can stop this from coming in? When I pick up the phone, no one is there. I don't pick it up anymore, I did it 3 times, no more. Help!

Hi,
Excuse my ignorance, but are you in the US?
Is there an equivalent of this UK service?

Ive heard of a bill collector that does that.. man there was thread about that a while ago... and when you look them up online there are 1000s of people who complain about the same thing.. some of them who do not even owe any collectors so they say....

I don't answer calls that come up like that...more than likely it's some goof using *67 to block their name!

It did! It said United States Government...call and let my phone ring in about 20 minutes and I'll let you know later on what it says...I'd swear it said government! Do you have my number still?
