They are actually giving Palmer the nod as being better atm and Romo was ranked below Manning the last time I checked. I did submit another message which I cannot find which states lets wait until the end of the season and see what comes about. You will notice my quote further up that stated:
Whatever. You're making excuses (i.e. "crappy defenses"), but when they play the Bears... you give no credit. I didn't take anything out of context. I used numbers to show that Romo was the better qb "atm." Which was YOUR qualifier, btw.

Also: Romo is still rated above P. Manning. It's right there in the numbers, sorted by QB rating.

Well let's see what Rex did was it 3 picks one for a TD and a couple of fumbles last week with none lost.
Even without the TD INT, Cowboys still would've won. You remember the score, right? 34-10? People were saying we would be lucky to get 10 points in that game. People were wrong, but when they get called on it... nothing but excuses. "B-b-but... Rex sucks!" So what, Rex sucks! Not exactly breaking news. But the Cowboys getting past the best D in the NFC 4 times for TDs and another 2 times to get close enough for a FG.... credit where credit is due is all I'm asking for.

Di when quoting me keep it in context. You pulled that from weeks ago and then pull it up now. I admit Romo has better numbers right and again I will quote for the third time "let's rehash this at the end of the season."
You act like I edited your post or something. I didn't delete or add anything. That was the phrase that caught my eye, and that was the phrase that I was refuting. I don't know how you can take "best qb atm" out of context. You were wrong and I pulled the numbers to prove it. I'm sorry if you simply cannot admit it.

You took my quote out of context from many weeks back. You do need to go reread my post and you will see that I did say that Romo had better numbers. Through your fervor you might have missed it in your rush post. I had said that about Rex before the game. Again you took it out of context again. Whoosh you are working on some big ones here. Context is everything miss... Plain and simple and also reading is fundamental.

Hiya Diya. Just wanted to point out that Delhomme has the same QB rating, a higher completion percentage and fewer interceptions than Romo. No one is comparing him to Manning. So how is TO working out for you guys?

Those were scary, scary uniforms. Combined with how sunny it was for that game, it was like watching a cartoon.

I heard a Redskins fan say "Chicago isn't a top 3 defense this year!"

Yeah...Because they lost to Dallas! Excluding the loss to Dallas, Chicago's defensive stats are alot better than they are afterward. Being only 3 games into the season, there haven't been enough games to accurately measure. Its the same reason why polls always publish their statistical base, how many people participated. For now in the NFL, all we can go by is previous data, last year.

And "They are who we thought they were", so to speak. One of the top defensives in the league, and the NFC Champion.

The Steelers have looked good for 3 weeks but they have played some pretty lame teams. I feel they can go into the bye 5-0. After the bye, things will get interesting.

I hope they can keep the motor running.

The Steelers must have just taken last year off, they look very strong so far. I'm also very impressed with Green Bay, unbelievably impressed. I admit I gave them no chance to win any of their first three games. Turned out the exact opposite! And IMO, you can never count out a Holmgren coached Seattle team. He has really made that franchise an annual competitor.

How can you dislocate your brain? Is that kind of like mislocate? Sorry, off track.

What about Brett Favre? Set the record for most TD's....Not bad for an old guy...

Well it is nice to know that it without Rex Grossman that they bears can win. Errr wait was that still lose. Did anyone get a chance to see the game and can tell me what exactly happened? Was their O-Line being matadors?

The Steelers looked like total crap yesterday. Oh well, there is a next week but that is against an even tougher opponent.

If the Seahawks win Fish will never let me hear the end of it.

Griese was more like Rexgriese. Threw a few INT's, made some poor throws, not that his O-line gave him any solid protection. I watched a little bit of it on the other channel while the Packer game was on.

Most of all though it was simply a huge breakdown. The Lions scored 34 points in the 4th quarter, Chicago was ahead 13-3 right up until the end of the 3rd.
