Yes Big Ben is back. he has had is Sophmore slump and he is ready to go!

He just wasnt healthy last year, and as much as I hate to say it... he probably should have just taken the year off. Then again.. had he done that, this year might have been his sophmore slump...

he is just so lickable

Ok, I need someone to explain this to me. Just what was the Eagles owners on when they ok'ed these uniforms?

Only thing I can come up with is they were trying to embarrass the team for their Monday night loss to the Skins

I'm pretty sure that if my mother was an NFL wide receiver, the Panthers secondary couldn't cover her. Every team in the league is probably watching the Panthers/Falcons game and seeing just how much the Falcons are picking us apart with the short and medium passes. Meanwhile, the "best front four in football" has gotten to Harrington exactly once as he and the Falcons have scored as many points in the first half of today's game as they did in the previous two complete games. Even when they have given up the ball it has been because of offensive mistakes not defensive dominance. Ugh.

Yeah, the Panthers look rough on defense today. They have a 10 point lead now, but it scares me for later match-ups in the season, if they are giving up this many yards to the Falcons

The Redskins look good this year But right now they are in a fight with the Giants.

Houston put up 24 points in the loss to Indianapolis. That makes me feel a little better about last weeks loss. They apparently have a good team this year and the absence of a good secondary on the Panthers made them able to walk all over us.

Maybe with time, but I do not expect anyone to put up the number of TDs Manning put up the last couple of years.
You still want to stand by this statement or would you like to make an adjustment? Or do I need to start pullin stats again?

They were thinking it'd be neat to wear throwback unis from when the Eagles started out, 75 years ago. I heard that the colors are b/c back in 1933, Philly was heavily Swedish, so they took the colors from the Swedish flag.

That don't make it right, though. Yeesh.

I still think P Manning is a better quarterback. Again we will rehash this at the end of the season.

The initial statement you made was not about who the better quarterback was overall. You said "best quarterback atm." All I did was point you to some numbers where Romo was ahead of Peyton. I have nothing against Peyton whatsoever.... I'm just sayin.... look at the numbers.

Whoosh does this feel like one of those shows where they do a long interview and cut and paste pieces of a long chat into what they want it to say. I said that after week 1 when analysts were still rating him the best QB at there. They are actually giving Palmer the nod as being better atm and Romo was ranked below Manning the last time I checked. I did submit another message which I cannot find which states lets wait until the end of the season and see what comes about. You will notice my quote further up that stated:

Well let's see what Rex did was it 3 picks one for a TD and a couple of fumbles last week with none lost.

Di when quoting me keep it in context. You pulled that from weeks ago and then pull it up now. I admit Romo has better numbers right and again I will quote for the third time "let's rehash this at the end of the season."
