Actually, I have a pre-existing resolution that suggests that I exercise more and it would be good for me.

Know what you mean. I wonder why we let their all 'consuming stuff' consume us? I have a feeling its a co-dependant typre of thing happening (with me anyway) But I am breaking that hold.

I should have listened to my instincts and gone a different direction about 6 months ago....but I didn't, and now am stuck where I'm at til late spring at least.....just gotta seal off from the takers....it is a good place in many ways....but the price I am paying is too high.
